How not to make a Manhattan.

When you see that your overly defensive bartender has to consult the menu to make a ‘classic’ cocktail, it’s fair enough to be VERY SPECIFIC about how, and with what, you want it made, right? And when they garnish with a GLACE cherry… they need to be told that’s not ok, right? RIGHT.
